EXPERIMENT: in this method, you manipulate a variable. For example, a good research question would be: “Do students study better with music or no music.” Then you would get a group of students, half of them listen to music, the other half don’t. Then all the kids get an exam, and you look at test marks.
Advantages: you get to manipulate the experiment, and make conclusions based on the results
Disadvantages: you need a large sample size to get a conclusive results
